All of our Speciality Classes are available as single classes. Please see each class below for specifics. Check our Single Class Schedule to see when they are offered. Not every class is available all the time, so please check back often or contact us.

Lollipop (Plyra)
Single class

Lollipop has roots in both Pole and Lyra and is a rising fan favorite in circus shows and events across the globe. Two options: Novice (no experience or beginners) and Aerialists (experience in pole, lyra, silks, trapeze, or the like). For the later, a background in aerial gives you a great head start as your current skills will translate to this new apparatus, however, you do not need to be advanced in your discipline as class is scaled to the students' levels.

Pole Silks / FabPole

Combine aerial fabric with the pole and learn new ways to move with this beautiful art form. Build upper body strength, tone your muscles, and increase your flexibility with each and every class. Most classes also include a routine set to music depending on the class that day. No experience necessary. Please wear a shirt with sleeves.

Chair Dance

Chair & Lap Dance Parties available too!

Learn a sexy, chair dance routine set to music! Move in sultry and intoxicating ways using the chair as your prop. Dance on and around your chair enticing and teasing your audience with your new, seductive moves. How many ways can you dance on a chair? Join us, and find out! This is a great workout and a sure way to get a confidence boost. No experience necessary. Lap Dance coming soon.

Hula Hoop

Hoop Dance and Fitness is a great way to burn calories while allowing your body to flow freely with the music and incorporating eye-catching tricks. Both on and off body tricks are taught, and no prior experience is necessary.

Beginner Tumbling
Single class

Learn all the fun tumbling skills that will fit well into Pole routines and floorwork! Think cartwheels, handstands, rolls, limbers, and similar tumbling skills that can be done on a dance floor or a stage. This is a multi-level class and will be tailored to individual skill levels. Wear comfy clothes you can move in and a top the covers your shoulders. Knee pads are recommended. All levels. No experience necessary.

Acro Floorwork

Want to amp up your pole routine or simply make interesting shapes with your body on the ground? Join us to learn crowd-pleaser moves like floor jades, shoulder stand leg work, shoulder rolls, and other fun and sexy acro moves that are do-able in heels and easily integrated into pole floorwork. Heels optional. All levels. No experience necessary.

Cardio Twerk

Learn to shake, shimmy, twerk, clap, and bounce your booty. Class starts with a fun twerk warm up, is followed by instruction on all the ways to move your booty, and ends in a sexy, high energy mini-routine. Get ready to sweat! All levels. No experience necessary.

Vertical Barre

Lengthen, tone, tighten, and improve flexibility with this fun yet intense class. Traditional barre exercises (modified for the vertical barre) blended with micro-movements look easy to do, but your legs will shake and you’ll feel it for days afterward. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Ballet Pole

A fusion of classical ballet with pole work to create an original and amazing new dance form. This class draws on traditional ballet feet, arm, and body positions (nothing too advanced) and infuses the elegance and grace into pole dance. No ballet experience necessary. This class is appropriate for all levels as modifications are available. Pointe shoes may be worn on those with prior training.

Beginner Bellydance

Have a fabulous all-over workout while learning the exotic and sensuous art of Middle Eastern Bellydance. We will work through all the basic foundational moves with each of 

the areas of the body so you will learn to isolate and develop the sexy moves that give feminine grace and strength at any age! We will end with short combos of steps to further develop understanding of the style!
