Customized weekly pole classes combine elements of fitness, dance, and art. Classes are categorized into 8 different levels from beginner to advanced. Students move through the levels at their own pace.
Classes include Lollipop/Plyra, Chair Dance, Pole Silks/FabPole, Hula Hoop, Cardio Twerk, Beginner Tumbling, Acro Floowork, and more.
Classes include Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Aerial Hammock, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Sling, and Aerial Conditioning.
Classes includes Flexibility, Booty Werk, Conditioning Circuit, Shoulder Clinic, and Yoga.
Options for those 18 and older include Pole, Chair/Lap Dance, and Burlesque/Striptease Parties. Other age appropriate options are available for those under 18.
