Elizabeth B-Fit: Hand Balancing Workshop 8:30-10PM

Life is better upside down...so do handstands! Always wanted to do a handstand but not sure where to start? This workshop is for the brand new or novice aspiring hand balancer. We’ll be addressing the mechanics, strength and flexibility that go into developing your handstand and other hand balancing poses and transitions (elbow/ forearm, handstand, croc, canes). For the more savvy inversion students we’ll progress to building the technique and strength for the handstand press. You’ll come away from this hand balancing workshop with the tools and confidence to independently train and develop your hand balancing skills.
